Answering Service Our Answering Service makes your business available
to customers 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Never again will you miss an important
call or order. We make your client feel special, providing the highest
level of customer service and leaving your client with a feeling of confidence.
TMC does not use pre-recorded messages, so each call
is answered in your business name by a member of our
team. You decide on what specific information your require
to be recorded, and then how you would prefer to receive
that information. You may prefer a daily report of call
activity, a direct voice relay via phone, or simply
have each message sent via sms to mobile phone, paged
to alphanumeric pager, or emailed at the time of call.

Example
Acme company needs to
offer client's the ability to leave messages beyond business hours. Until recently
Acme has relied on an answering machine, but this offers too little flexibility
and does not promote a professional image. Since joining TMC, all incoming
calls are diverted to their dedicated in-dial line before leaving the office at
5pm. Calls are answered in Acme's preferred answering format, and callers receive
a live and immediate response. The callers details and comments are recorded and
they are advised that their call will be returned on the next business day. Urgent
calls will be relayed to a staff member immediately. The next business day at
8am the diversion is deactivated and all messages are faxed to Acme for their
attention.
