TMC has direct redundant links into the two commercial wide area Paging providers in Australia.  This gives us the advantage of providing a network that gives customers the best coverage for their needs. TMC can supply a complete range of Pagers, can arrange pager repairs, and can provide loan units in the case of an emergency.

SMS Text Messaging
TMC has direct redundant links into Impact Data for SMS text messaging.  This connection gives us access to all mobile phones in Australia. TMC is a reseller of a bulk-messaging platform, which is specifically designed to allow customers to access large databases with the same message.  For example “the latest James Bond movie is now available for rent”.

HOON Hotline
TMC provides two Melbourne Councils with a Hoon Hotline service.  The hotline allows residents to phone in and leave specific information relating to Hoon behaviour.  The information obtained is forwarded to the council for further action.

Council HELPDESK
TMC provides many Local Authorities with an after hours Help Desk.  At the close of the business day a council will divert their switch to the after hours service we have established.  Our operators will answer the calls and either give out information, or take specific steps to assist the caller according to the instructions we have received from the Council.
