The Message Centre We provide a personalised
service with the ability to facilitate high complexity call answering solutions.
Our tailored services enhance your internal business and customer service processes. Our
aim is to work in partnership with your business to provide efficient and effective
ways to manage contact with your customers and staff. We may not be the biggest,
but we are the best at what we do.
History TMC was established in 1973 to cater
for the 24 hour communication needs of the medical profession. Systems were designed
to satisfy both the high standards of the profession and the medical-legal implications
and responsibility to patients. Our role was to ensure that both general
and critical information was delivered to the client in their preferred relaying
format, whilst simultaneously representing that client to the caller in a professional,
intelligent and articulate manner. Since 1973 we have provided a live 24 x 7 customised
service, 365-days of the year. In 1980, the role of The Message Centre
broadened to include clients from other professional, commercial and trade backgrounds.
Many companies and small businesses discovered they could enjoy the benefits of
our reliable and consistent client-centred service. How the answering service
worked for any client was determined solely by their needs. Each client had an
answering format tailored and moulded to their particular application. Systems
were fine tuned to incorporate flexibility and adaptability so as to maintain
our needs-based service within an expanded client base.
